September to July Schedule

Below is the General schedule; days and times. Please see the Google Calendar at the bottom for Closures,  grading- dates, or any other special events.

The Colour coded classes are for the New Students:

Tiny Tigers (3 to 6 years old) classes are colour coded in Purple

Novice (Beginners)  (6 and older) are colour coded in Yellow

​

 A Free Trial Class must be booked in advance.

Mondays :    

​

4:00 to 4:30 pm        Tiny Tigers Karate Class     (3, 4, 5 years old)                                                                              
 

4:30 to 5:20 pm         Novice (White and Yellow) - Family Class   (Mixed age)

5:20 to 6:10 pm          Pre-High Performance  (PHP)     (Yellow and Orange)  (Age: 6 to 16)

​

6:10 to 7:00 pm         High Performance  (HP)       (Green, Blue, Purple)   (Age: 6 to 16) 

​​

7:00 to 8:00 pm        Intermediate to Advanced    (Green, Blue, Purple, Brown, Black) (Age: 16 and older or Blue Belts and higher of any age) - KATA

4:00 to 4:50 pm      (Coming soon)  Pre-High Performance  (PHP)     (Yellow and Orange)  (Age: 6 to 16)

5:00 to 5:30 pm       Tiny Tigers Karate Class    (3, 4, 5 years old)

5:30 to 6:20 pm       Novice  (White and Yellow) - Family Class   (Mixed age)

6:20 to 7:10                 Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple,     (Mixed age)

7:15 pm                          Private sessions

9:25 to 10:15 am         KUMITE (Sparring) Karate Class - PHP, HP recommended     (6 and older - Mixed age)

                                             (This Class is Free for Orange Belts and higher with 3 times per  week registrations)

​

 10: 25 to 10:45            Instructors and Program Assistants (PA) meeting
